Koch Racing Promotions began in 2016 after the loss of a great friend, Tim Tygart. Tim was the original promoter of the Turkey Derby. Before he passed away, he asked that we continue the show, and thus The Annual Tim Tygart Memorial Turkey Derby began. Every year at this show we raise money for Halie's (Tim's daughter) college fund. We are grateful for your love, support, donations, & dedication!
Over the course of Koch Racing's promoting journey, we've met so many incredible people and made so many great memories. Our goal is to continue having awesome shows for everyone to enjoy and making amazing memories with all of you in the years to come. We hope that the Turkey Derby will always be a place for our drivers and fans to call home.

Promoter
Teffany was introduced to demolition derby as a teenager. She has enjoyed competing in local county shows and smashing into her husband Jason!
When it comes to the show, Teffany works behind the scenes and greets you at the gate. You can also find her in the drivers' meeting and the winner's presentation.
Jason has been involved in demolition derby since his teenage years. His passion and dedication to the sport are undeniable! Aside from competing in national shows, he builds some serious horsepower and enjoys helping his fellow drivers/builders grow.
When it comes to the show, you'll find Jason in the tech line and on the wall making sure our drivers are staying safe.
